John joined the Hanover College faculty in January of 2006. He holds a BA from Hanover College, an MBA from the University of Louisville, and an Ed.D in Educational Leadership from Spalding University. John teaches the BSP's core curriculum including courses in management, finance, and strategy. In addition, he teaches elective courses in professional selling and business analytics. He also works with Business Scholars on a variety of live cases and consulting projects.
John has over twenty years of C-level sales, management and information technology experience. Over the course of his career, he worked for a variety of Fortune 500 and start-up organizations, including IBM, EDS, Keane, and Perot Systems. Prior to joining the BSP, John was focused on selling IT and regulatory compliance services along with enterprise content management (ECM) software/solutions to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies across the globe.

Kent joined the Hanover College faculty in August of 2018 after 15 years in the insurance and risk-mitigation industry. He began his business career as an analyst with Marsh USA in New Orleans, a division of Marsh & McLennan Inc., and was part of a team that consulted mostly large and self-funded entities, among which were Tulane University, Bollinger Shipyards, PHI Inc., Hornbeck Offshore, and the Sovereign Nation of the Chitimacha.
In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, Kent and his family settled in Louisville, Kentucky, where he became a partner in a local insurance brokerage. In 2017, Kent started his own company, Voyageur Strategies Ltd., which consults with companies and brokers regarding self-insurance, captive formation, as well as providing domestic and extra-territorial travel and extraction services.
Kent received his Ph.D. in Classical Studies from the University of Minnesota and his BA from Washington and Lee University, where he was a University Scholar and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Prior to joining Marsh, Kent was a member of the Classics faculties at Baylor University, St. Olaf College, and Tulane University.

Paul joined the Hanover College faculty in August 2017. He comes to Hanover with a successful and diverse entrepreneurial background. His career has encompassed founding and building new technology ventures which included FocusSoft, Firstegg and EventureSports. Paul also served in numerous senior executive roles for Epicor Software where he led multi-disciplined teams throughout North America, Asia and Europe.
Paul taught within the MBA programs for both Bellarmine University and the University of Louisville.
He earned a BA from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from the University of Louisville.
Paul and his wife Amy have been married for 25 years and have four children.

John joined the Hanover College faculty in 2016 following more than 30 years of executive and management experience in a diverse group of manufacturing companies. Most recently, he was President of Destaco, the world's leading manufacturer of clamping and automation equipment. Destaco, with annual sales in excess of $200 million, had nearly 1,000 employees and manufacturing locations in 10 countries around the globe. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer and then General Manager of American Operations for Vehicle Service Group. John also has served in executive and managerial roles with manufacturers in the furniture, compressor and automotive markets. He started his career as a consultant with Arthur Andersen & Co.
John holds an MBA from the University of Chicago (concentrations in Strategic Planning & Finance) and a BS from the University of Dayton (major in Accounting). He lives in Madison, IN and proudly serves on the boards of several local charitable and not-for-profit organizations.

Diane graduated Magna Cum Laude from Hanover College in 1987 with a major in Biology and minors in mathematics and physics. While at Hanover Diane was a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority and participated in women's tennis and basketball. Diane received her MBA from Duke University where she was named a Fuqua Scholar.
Diane has been employed with Ethicon Endo-Surgery, a Johnson & Johnson Company, since 2000, most recently as Director, Marketing Development. Prior to that she was Director of Marketing and Member of Senior Management Team at Cardima, Inc. and at St. Jude Medical, Inc., Cardiac Rhythm Management Division as Manager of Market Information and Planning. She has a wide range of experience in international marketing, strategic planning, education, research and development, sales, information systems, and management.

Kim graduated from Hanover in 1991 with a major in Communication. While at Hanover Kim was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta and as an alumna has served on Hanover's Alumni Board of Directors.
Brant has over twenty years of experience in the not-for-profit and government sectors with expertise in fundraising, leadership development and not-for-profit management. Over the course of her career, she worked for Fort Wayne Museum of Art, Indiana State Museum Foundation, and the Indiana Department of Natural Resources. Her extensive contacts in local and state government, cultural institutions and community organizations will extend Hanover's reach and assist our Business Scholars in their search for career opportunities.
Jenny Siepler Moss '06

Jenny joined the Business Scholars Program in September 2016. She graduated from Hanover in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. While at Hanover Jenny worked closely with the Office of Residence Life as a Resident Assistant and the Office of Admission as a Student Ambassador.
Before stepping into the position as Director of Internships, Jenny was the Assistant Director in the Office of Admission and Financial Aid for Hanover College for six years. She recruited students in central and southern Indiana, as well as Ohio and eastern Kentucky. In 2014 Jenny worked as the Assistant Director in the Office of Admission at Indiana University - Bloomington before returning to her alma mater in 2016.
In her years of employment, networking, and professional development in higher education positions, Jenny has the skills and the passion to work with college students in their career interests through internship opportunities. In connecting with supportive alumni and the community, as well as creating new friends of the Business Scholars Program, Jenny works extensively in finding the right internship "fit" for all students who are in the Business Scholars Program.
