As a Business Scholar you have many opportunities to gain practical career skills and interact with business and not-for-profit leaders in and outside the classroom. Scholars participate in numerous skill-building workshops and have access to executive speakers in every course.
Build Career Skills – To help Business Scholars prepare for their internship and job search, there are a number of business and career-search workshops available each year. Scholars learn how to prepare a strong resume, practice interviewing with real business interviewers, get tips on business etiquette, practice creative brainstorming skills and more. See the current schedule at Workshops & Events.
Interact with Executives – Every one of our courses incorporates top business and not-for-profit executives that tie course concepts to real-world practice. Scholars can have lunch with those executives to discuss their career interests and become comfortable dealing with those in charge.
